INGREDIENTS
- 175g baby salad leaves
- 2 mediumĀ avocados, choppedĀ
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, halved, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
METHOD
- Step 1:Combine salad leaves, avocado, onion and cucumber in a bowl. Place lemon juice and oil in a screw-top jar. Season with salt.
